Dissertation Planning and Writing – 17 March 2014

bookThis workshop is designed to help you with dissertation planning and writing techniques to keep you going. It should also provide an opportunity to think about and discuss:

  • Masters level examiners view – what do examiners want
  • Article analysis – how to improve your paper analysis skills
  • Critical reading of sources
  • Dissertation writing: big picture ideas such as the analysis of essay questions and planning
  • Practical advice for effective writing strategies

There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions. This is suitable for all PGT students who are thinking about starting their dissertation or have started their dissertation

  • (PGT – SCE) Dissertation Writing and Planning – 10 June at King’s Buildings

This event is open to all taught postgraduates at the University of Edinburgh
